Medical Science Liaison (MSLs) engage with healthcare professionals/institutions/payers; in a non- promotional manner, to identify and address their scientific needs. MSLs use their scientific expertise to communicate and form partnerships to deliver the medical strategy, capture actionable insights and ultimately improve patient pathways and outcomes.

Position Summary:

Evaluate a set of Key Doctors and collaborate with them on medical initiatives.

Understand construction of a patient flow/journey from diagnosis to therapy, to guide patient initiatives.

Create Awareness among Dermatologists, immunologists, and allergologists on the science of Type 2 inflammation and Dupixent.

Present data and disease management concepts on medical treatment to HCPs when requested.

Contribute to developing research opportunities (local clinical trials and investigator-initiated studies) and educational projects at academic institutions.

Provide therapeutic area support including responses to unsolicited off-label information on products & therapies, if requested by HCPs.

Main responsibilities

Thought Leader Development

Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with current and future Thought Leaders.

Develop speakers and advocates among Thought Leaders.

Advisory board development of scientific content which is relevant and aligned with global priorities.

Medical Education

Disseminate scientific information including innovative medical education materials and research concepts to Thought Leaders.

Deliver clinical and scientific presentations to healthcare audiences.

Foster medical and scientific information exchange between the medical community and Sanofi.

Contribute to strategic initiatives and training of the sales/marketing teams.

Develop and maintain a database of relevant educational slide kits.

Scientific material development e.g most current and relevant publications.

Conference activities: active involvement for providing scientific supports, key (competitors) abstract identification, executive summary of presentations and posters from the conference.

Handling Medical Information in development and review of written responses.

Provide clinical and Scientific training for both medical and marketing.

Clinical Development

Medical insights on: Study site identification, recruitment facilitation and enrolment.

Discuss and support the submission of Investigator Initiated Study proposals.

Identify existing data and facilitate publications as appropriate.

Customer Relationship Management

Present evidence-based clinical and scientific data to support therapeutic decisions in patient care.

Contribute to the evaluation of grants for educational and research initiatives.

About you

Advanced life-science degree (e.g., (MSc, PhD, Pharm D, MD)); skillful English and Mandarin in listening, reading, and writing. Good ability to evaluate clinical study protocols, reports and publications.

In-depth knowledge of the relevant therapeutic area preferred.

Strong communication and presentation skills to simplify complex topics, good networking skills.

Familiarity with omnichannel tools and being able to communicate via digital channels.

Strong time-management skill and business acumen, understanding importance of timely building strategic plans and implement medical initiatives.
