Wat houdt de job in?
Je verzorgt trainingen voor het MediMarket-team binnen België en Luxemburg.
Je begeleidt medewerkers op het vlak van productkennis en commerciële vaardigheden.
Je versterkt de kennis van het assortiment zodat medewerkers klanten nog beter kunnen adviseren.
Je motiveert en enthousiasmeert teams om hun expertise continu verder te ontwikkelen.
Je plant en organiseert zelfstandig je agenda en bezoekt gemiddeld drie locaties per dag.
Je werkt nauw samen met interne stakeholders om opleidingen af te stemmen op de behoeften van het terrein.
