Trade Marketing Specialist Location: Ciudad de México

Join AstraZeneca as a Trade Marketing Specialist and help translate commercial strategy into effective customer plans and disciplined execution. You will support the development of Trade Investment Plans, Joint Business Plans and activation roadmaps, bringing together stakeholders, financial information and performance insights to drive informed decisions and measurable results.

Accountabilities

Support customer-specific Trade Investment Plans, activation roadmaps and execution calendars.

Coordinate inputs from Commercial Strategy, Marketing, Account Management, KAMs, Sales, Finance and other partners.

Prepare analyses, presentations, activity calendars and trackers for Joint Business Planning.

Follow approved activities through execution with KAMs, distributors, agencies and internal stakeholders.

Track budgets, purchase orders, commitments, accruals, invoices and actual spend.

Maintain accurate documentation, approvals and records in accordance with governance requirements.

Monitor KPIs, investment and ROI through dashboards, recurring reports and post-activity evaluations.

Analyze customers, channels, competitors and the retail environment to support investment and activation recommendations.

Essential Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline.

Experience in trade marketing, customer development, key account support, sales operations, commercial planning or a related role.

Strong analytical, financial and organizational skills.

Ability to manage detailed trackers, budgets, documentation and multiple deadlines.

Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Proficiency in spreadsheets, presentations and reporting tools.

Experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, retail or consumer goods is desirable, as is exposure to Joint Business Planning, customer activation, distributor management, ROI analysis, dashboards or budget-control processes.
