What you will do

We are seeking an experienced marketer to develop customer-centric strategies and tactical plans that enhance customer experience and deliver clinical value to patients. This role is responsible for managing the commercial success of the assigned brand while preparing for future growth opportunities, including potential new product launches. Working closely with cross-functional partners, the Product Manager will lead brand strategy, execution, and launch readiness to maximize business impact throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Accountabilities:

Be accountable for brand strategic, operational and customer coordinating matters.

Detailed implementation of strategy and development/tracking of key performance indicators to measure brand success.

Drive strategic stakeholder engagement including KOLs and key accounts.

Lead development and tracking of cross-functional tasks for the brand.

Support new product launch planning and readiness, including market assessment, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination when applicable.

Main Responsibilities :

Own the working relationships between all internal partners (medical affairs, regulatory affairs, market access and finance teams) and external business partners to ensure the brand(s) objectives are achieved.

Build up external partnerships with asset-creating agencies, public relations firms, and KOLs will also be the responsibility.

Gather insights from internal and external stakeholders to drive cross-functional collaboration, facilitate decision-making, manage projects, and communicate progress through regular business updates.

Lead development of rare disease patient journey mapping, including diagnosis, referral, treatment initiation, access, adherence, and long-term care touchpoints.

Drive patient identification and disease awareness initiatives in collaboration with Medical, Access, Regulatory, Compliance, and external stakeholders.

Build and manage strategic engagement plans for rare disease experts, centers of excellence, diagnostic stakeholders, key accounts, and patient advocacy groups.

Translate scientific, patient, caregiver, and HCP insights into actionable brand strategies, tactical plans, and measurable business outcomes.

Partner with Market Access and cross-functional teams to support value communication, reimbursement readiness, and sustainable access solutions for eligible patients.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related disciplines is preferred.

Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience in a multinational company is required.

Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Results-orientated and demonstrating can-do attitude.

Preferred Launch Experience

Launch or pre-launch experience in specialty care, orphan drugs, rare disease, oncology/hematology, immunology or other high-science therapeutic areas is highly preferred.

Rare Disease Market & Patient Journey: Solid understanding of rare disease market dynamics and the patient journey, including disease awareness, diagnosis, referral, treatment initiation, access, adherence, and long-term patient support.

Brand Strategy & Market Insights: Ability to develop brand strategies based on customer insights and limited data sources, including market research, treatment pathway analysis, HCP feedback, and patient/caregiver insights.

Stakeholder & Ecosystem Engagement: Experience engaging and building partnerships with rare disease experts, centers of excellence (CoEs), diagnostic partners, multidisciplinary care teams, patient advocacy groups, key accounts, and other external stakeholders.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Market Access: Experience working across Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Compliance, and commercial teams to drive disease education, patient identification, value communication, and market access initiatives.

Scientific & Commercial Excellence: Strong scientific acumen with the ability to translate complex clinical evidence into compliant, customer-centric brand strategies and communications.

Execution & Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional execution in a complex environment, manage ambiguity, prioritize resources, and deliver results while maintaining a strong compliance mindset.

Digital & Launch Experience: Experience in digital and omnichannel marketing to enhance customer experience and disease awareness. Product launch or pre-launch experience in specialty care, rare disease, oncology, hematology, immunology, or other high-science therapeutic areas is highly preferred.
