Main responsibilities:

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager who can turn market insights into impactful marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has experience in the self-pay healthcare market and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) digital marketing. You will lead end-to-end brand management and collaborate cross-functionally to drive vaccine growth.

Key Accountabilities:

Market Insights, Strategy & Planning

Generate deep market insights (consumer behavior, motivations, barriers, competitive landscape) and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Formulate, implement, and monitor effective brand and marketing strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Meet or exceed annual brand contribution and performance objectives.

Recommend and adapt global marketing strategies to local market needs.

Lead the development and validation of long-range planning and forecasting models to support budget, supply, and brand growth accuracy.

Forecasting & Business Management

Prepare, implement, and review monthly rolling forecasts ensuring timely delivery of goods and optimal inventory levels.

Collaborate with Market Access, KAM, and Sales teams on pricing strategy.

Support analysis of brand sales performance, salesforce excellence, and omnichannel KPIs.

Strategy-to-Execution Brand Management

Design, supervise, and track execution of marketing activities and spending according to plan.

Lead Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) marketing, including content strategy, digital funnel optimization, SEM/SEO, CRM, social media, and conversion tracking.

Design, execute, and optimize local promotional materials and core selling messages to support brand growth.

Recommend and secure approval for promotional materials in compliance with marketing strategy and regulatory requirements.

Medical, KOL & Stakeholder Engagement

Coordinate medical activities such as scientific meetings, congress participation, lectures, and symposia.

Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, government authorities, academic influencers, local policymakers, and major customers.

Identify, coordinate, and support hospital/clinic listing activities to ensure product availability.

Experience in both GP and HP channel.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Training

Work with sales training teams to reinforce product knowledge and enhance field force competitive edge.

Support implementation of omnichannel strategies and execution excellence.

Other Requirements

Occasionally requires evening calls with headquarters teams in US/EU.

Occasionally requires domestic and international travels, or week-end activities within local regulations.

Ensure all activities operate in line with the Sanofi Code of Ethics and relevant policies.

About you

Education

B. Sc. Degree or above, major in Pharmacy, Business or related fields

Experience & Knowledge

4+ years of professional experience in MNC Marketing

2+ years in Self-paid Marketing department

Experience in project delivery ownership and accountability

Experience with self-pay market/ consumer marketing

Core Competencies/Skills

Strong written and oral presentation skills, Chinese/English

Project management and coordination

Ability to effectively engage teams and cross-functional colleagues

Analytical and numeracy skills

Strong PowerPoint, excel skills

Creative thinking & Problem solving
