Position Summary:
BMS is in the process of rewiring our marketing approach to achieve best-in-class AI-enabled targeted personalization in all of our customer engagements. We are seeking Campaign Delivery leads to work in the BMS Munich site. This person will own and track campaigns from briefing through to execution, ensuring a smooth and on time delivery. They lead the execution of the engagement plan – while partnering with Brands on the personalization strategy to ensure seamless translation into cross-channel orchestration and performance tracking.
This position will serve as a key integrating force for content creation within the “Personalization Squad” of Brand, Content & Omnichannel Capability Owners, Content Specialists, and Analytics & Insights representatives to drive end-to-end personalization execution.
This position reports to the Director of Content Transformation and may manage Leased Workers.
Responsibilities:
This person will manage campaign delivery end-to-end (from briefing through to execution), ensuring a smooth and on time delivery. They lead the execution of the engagement plan and cross-channel orchestration, while supporting strategy, content development, and performance tracking.
Responsibilities include a focus in two interconnected areas:
Content using local AORs
Campaign using derivative content via our scaled content capability, Mosaic.
Specific areas of focus relevant to either or both of the above include:
Brand and production liaison
The primary liaison to the Brand, BMS Production team and advisory support across the full lifecycle of content - from upstream planning through downstream execution and delivery. This includes making sure that production and development teams have access to the right brief and documentation for successful content development
Drive alignment between brand strategy, creative intent, and production execution while maintaining clear ownership, accountability, and governance discipline
Maintains regular dialogue with brand leaders to understand priorities from a strategy perspective – and design the corresponding tactical plans for successful omnichannel campaigns
Reports deviation from plans and process to CASA leadership through established process flows and communication channels
Partners with Personalization Specialists to ensure the brand book of work accurately reflects the required volume of content and variations as per the Omnichannel Blueprint
Planning & Enablement
Maintains visibility into plans and forecasts of content volumes, flagging any concerns around capacity or timings with leadership in a proactive manner
Ensures that delivery and creative teams have access to critical documents and assets (Content Playbooks, Design Systems, Brand Guideline, the brief) to connect strategic intent to tactical delivery
Ensures AORs and/or Mosaic creative teams have understood the brief and are confident in the successful delivery of campaigns
Identifies and manages risk, partnering with cross functional colleagues to recommend solutions to minimize disruption
Book of Work Ownership and Program Management
Understand a brand’s full book of work (AOR and Derivative) by attending key meetings and review relevant documents
Ensures that the book of work is delivered on time and to expected quality standards using enterprise tools including Workfront
Builds and manages the project plan for each creative asset and serves as the point of contact for stakeholders requiring information into status
Manages the scope of briefs to ensure they’re compliant with the Mosaic Service Catalog (for derivative content) and that all assets are produced and provided to BMS production teams in the correct file sizes and formats
Communicate the health of campaigns/book of work delivery with brands in regular meetings and offline communication
Work cross functionally and with agencies to ensure prioritization of Mosaic requests
Financial Management & Content Governance
Review monthly volume forecasts and assess versus actuals to help manage team capacity and budget
Attend relevant governance meetings for content, representing the brand in those meetings to ensure their priorities are heard and planned for
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Production, preferably in the pharma industry
Deep experience with content channel and how to design and execute tactical plans for omnichannel campaigns
Experience working with an off-shore content production team
Experience using Figma, Claude, ChatGPT and Claude in day to day operations and in the maintenance of project plans and forecasts
Project management and budget management experience
Experience using program management tools including Adobe Workfront
Experience working in a marketing organization, with an understanding of the key elements of brand strategy, marketing planning and campaign delivery
