Go-To-Market Capabilities (GTMC) Hub is an internal Sanofi resource organization based in Hyderabad, India and is set up to centralize processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions. GTMC strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations in Sanofi globally.

Within our Insights & Analytics organization we are transforming to better power decision-making across our end-to-end commercialization process, from business development to late lifecycle management.
Deliverables support planning and decision making across multiple functional areas such as finance, manufacturing, product development and commercial. In addition to ensuring high-quality deliverables, our team drives synergies across the franchise, fosters innovation and best practices, and creates solutions to bring speed, scale and shareability to our planning processes.
We are looking for a Senior Analyst to support our PSS analytics and report. Robust analytics are a priority for our businesses, as the product potential has major implications to a wide range of disciplines. It is essential to have someone who understands and aspires to implement innovative analytics techniques to drive our insights generation across GBU.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Commercial Analytics:
Drive delivery of end-to-end brand performance analytics across new and inline brands (market trends, TRx/NRx analysis, competitive and execution)
Development of advanced segmentation frameworks and targeting strategy-HCP, account, patient, and population segmentation using advanced patient and prescriber analytics
Build and maintain brand KPIs and analytics frameworks for senior leadership decision-making
Lead launch readiness analytics including unmet need assessment, sizing, scope of opportunity, and competitive landscape mapping
Own patient journey analytics including diagnosis, treatment initiation, persistency, adherence, switching, and drop-off points
Develop frameworks for identifying patient opportunity, treatment gaps, and barriers impacting brand growth
Processes:
Drive the delivery of projects in terms of coordination, quality, timeliness, efficiency
Quality check of the deliverables of self and peers
Adhere to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with all applicable standards
Use latest tools/technologies/methodologies and partner with internal teams to continuously improve data quality and availability by building business processes that support global standardization
Stakeholder Engagement:
Work collaboratively with the stakeholder teams to prioritize work and ensure timely delivery of requests
Maintain effective relationships with the end stakeholders within the allocated GBU and tasks, with an end objective to develop reports and analyses as per requirement
Collaborate with global stakeholders for project planning and setting up the timelines
Technical skills:
Expert in Relational database technologies and concepts
Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously
Hands-on experience of using analytical tools like SQL, Snowflake, advanced Excel, PowerPoint etc. (Python is good to have), Power BI is good to have
Strong experience working with US market datasets including APLD, LAAD, Medical & Pharmacy Claims (IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo), DDD (Drug Distribution Data), EHR, EMR, Specialty Pharmacy, and HUB services data
An aptitude for problem solving and strategic thinking
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear and actionable insights
Understanding of pharmaceutical development, manufacturing, supply chain, sales and marketing functions
Experience:
4-6 years of relevant work experience with solid understanding of principles, standards, and best practices of Pharma Commercial Analytics
Education:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in areas such as Information Science/ Operations/ Management/ Statistics/ Decision Sciences/ Engineering/ Life Sciences/ Business Analytics or related field.
Soft skills:
Strong learning agility; Ability to manage ambiguous environments, and to adapt to changing needs of the business; Good interpersonal and communication skills; strong presentation skills is a must; Team player who is curious, dynamic, result oriented; Ability to operate effectively in an international matrix environment, with ability to work across time zones; Demonstrated leadership and management in driving innovation and automation leveraging advanced analytical techniques
