Main responsibilities:
Lead the strategic marketing plan for Patients and Digital Channels in Dermatology, ensuring optimal market penetration and adoption
Develop and execute the comprehensive marketing tactical plan, aligned with global product objectives
Coordinate effectively with other functions (especially Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access…)
Develop educational & promotional materials, GTM strategies & projects with consistent messaging and brand identity across the ecosystem
Establish strong partnership relationships with key stakeholders (KOLs) in the rheumatology community, capturing relevant opinions from external stakeholders to integrate into marketing strategy definition and tactical plans.
Conduct thorough market and competitive analysis, integrating all necessary information (market analysis reports, ad-hoc studies, field visits with sales teams, and consultations with key opinion leaders)
Maintain regular contact with Global Marketing team to obtain and provide information about the local situation, competitors, strategies, markets & Glocal strategic approach.
Supervise and control the A&P budget allocated for the brand, maximizing resources to achieve budgeted objectives
Support sales force excellence by ensuring training and competitive tools are in place
About you
Education & experience
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related Health Sciences; Master’s or MBA preferred
Previous experience in Marketing & Digital channels highly preferred
Previous experience in the dermatology market will be valued

The salary range for this position is :€60 000,00 - €80 000 Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
