We are seeking a Senior Commercialization Manager Immunology Respiratory Spain to join our Commercial Immunology team, supporting Spain in a hybrid work model. In this role, you will create and complete local commercialization activities across respiratory indications, drive market development and commercial performance, and represent Regeneron in alliance partnerships while collaborating with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams. Discover your role:
Cooperate with alliance partners to implement local immunology commercialization strategies across respiratory indications.
Partner with the Sales team to provide training and direction that supports execution of strategic priorities.
Support implementation of local tactical plans and develop sales support materials that enable effective field execution.
Track agreed key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for early course correction and optimize execution of key tactics.
Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to provide local market insights, advise strategy, and support brand planning activities.
Support commercial training efforts for our local Salesforce team
This role requires:
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred and 5+ years of experience in marketing and/or alliance management in the pharmaceutical industry.
Proficiency in Spanish and English.
Established track record of success in pharmaceutical marketing roles.
Outstanding knowledge of specialty care commercialization in Spain.
Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities.
Experience in immunology and/or respiratory therapeutic areas preferred.
Product launch experience preferred.
