Product Manager – Cardiometabolic Department

What you will do
Our Cardiometabolic Business Unit is looking for a Product Manager based in Barcelona. Key responsibilities include:
- Motivating the sales force around brand objectives, cycle meetings, and launch meetings.
- Developing and implementing the Country Brand Plan in full congruence with the International Brand Plan.
- Designing and executing promotional activities, including detail aids, message scripts, advertising, and congress materials, in line with international branding and key messages.
Leads the development and execution of omnichannel engagement strategies to enhance customer experience and brand performance.- Partnering with the international Product Manager and other large countries PMs
- Implementing the international brand campaign at local level.
- Analysing market research and developing the plan of action.
- Coordinating competitive intelligence and driving competitive action plans.
-Organizes local congress participation in coordination with sales force
- Partnering with the Medical Affairs Manager to optimise brand performance through clinical trials, KOL development, and related initiatives.
Partnering with the Value Access Manager to maximize treatment access opportunities at hospital level
Co-leads the Brand Team, in coordination with other Product Managers, to define and execute the marketing strategy.
Supports commercial teams in deploying the strategy through effective tactical plans.
- Aligning with other Product Managers in the Franchise Team on joint projects.
- Selecting and managing external vendors.
- Identifying business opportunities and building business cases.

What we expect of you
Minimum Requirements
- Approximately + 5 years of Product Manager experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience marketing products in cardiovascular, lipid management, cardiometabolic, endocrinology, internal medicine or related therapeutic areas.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong financial and budgeting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs.
- Strong execution mindset.
Preferred Requirements
- +5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or maintaining a market leadership position.
- MBA or degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
- Experience in multichannel marketing.
