Our Team, Your Impact

The Market Access Manager in Generics & Biosimilars (Spain) is responsible for defining and executing value, pricing and access strategies for Teva’s portfolio of generics and biosimilars in the Spanish healthcare system, with a strong strategic focus on biosimilars.

In line with Teva’s leadership position in generics and biosimilars and its commitment to healthcare system sustainability, this role ensures that the clinical value, economic impact and system benefits of biosimilars are clearly understood and recognized by national, regional and hospital ‑ level decision ‑ makers.

The position plays a critical role in supporting market uptake, tender success and sustainable competition, translating the value of biosimilars into practical access solutions aligned with Spain’s pricing, reimbursement and procurement frameworks.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

Define and implement national value and access strategies for generics and biosimilars, with a specific focus on biosimilar adoption.

Position biosimilars as high ‑ quality, cost ‑ effective and sustainability ‑ enabling alternatives within the Spanish National Health System.

Support lifecycle management strategies for off  patent products and biosimilars.

Develop differentiated value documents to strengthen the positioning of generics and biosimilars within Brand Plans and Access Plans, ensuring the early integration of payer-relevant evidence and insights for healthcare decision-makers.

Suport in Pricing, Contracting & Tendering Process.  Provide strategic market access input into: p ricing strategies, p ublic procurement and hospital tender processes and r egional and hospital ‑ level agreements.

Develop value arguments and materials tailored to: Regional health authorities and h ospital pharmacy and management teams.

Monitor the evolution of biosimilar and generics access dynamics in Spain and support access and contracting strategies.

Translate insights into actionable access and pricing recommendation

Cross functional collaboration with marketing, comercial, Tender and Key account managers, Regional Market access and pricing teams.

Ensure consistent positioning and messaging across field teams.

Collaborate with European / global teams to align Spanish strategies with regional biosimilar and Gx frameworks.

Governance & Compliance. Ensure all access and pricing activities are executed in line with l ocal regulation, internal compliance standards and TEVA´s ethical & compliance standards.

Support governance processes related to access, pricing and contracting decisions in line with European and global policies.

Your Skills and Experience

4-7 years in market access, value & access biosimilars

Strong knowledge of: Spanish pricing & reimbursement system in Generics and biosimilar procurement models

Proven experience working with biosimilar or off ‑ patent portfolios (highly preferred).

University degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Economics, or similar.

Master’s degree in Market Access, Health Economics or Public Health is valued.
