RESUMO DO CARGO
Responsável por executar os processos de fabricação dos produtos, operando máquinas de baixa e média complexidade, garantindo conformidade com os requisitos de segurança, meio ambiente e qualidade; identificando oportunidades de melhorias, visando atender as metas do site. Os requisitos mínimos de treinamento aplicáveis as atividades específicas estão definidas nos currículos de cada funcionário, gerenciado através do LMS (Learning Management System) aplicável.
DEVERES E RESPONSABILIDADES
De acordo com supervisão limitada e direção geral todas as leis/regulamentos federais, estaduais e locais aplicáveis e procedimentos e diretrizes corporativos da Johnson & Johnson, esta posição:
· Opera equipamentos de baixa/média complexidade e/ou atua na formulação de produtos de baixa complexidade e soluções químicas.
· Executa inspeções, controles e registros para assegurar qualidade dos produtos Preenche formulários e/ou faz lançamentos em controles/sistemas informatizados.
· Contribui na análise, melhoria dos processos e solução de problemas.
· Cumpre os requisitos exigidos para a sua função.
· Executa ajustes e regulagens nos equipamentos.
· Realiza troca de ferramental e materiais nos equipamentos e processos.
· Abastece e retira materiais em equipamentos e linhas de produção.
· Executa inspeções, reparos e lubrificação em equipamentos e instalações.
· Mantem ordem, arrumação e limpeza da área.
· Responsável pela comunicação de problemas ou oportunidades relacionados ao negócio para o próximo nível de gerenciamento
· Responsável por assegurar a conformidade individual e da Companhia com todos os regulamentos, políticas e procedimentos Federais, Estaduais, locais e da Companhia.
· Realiza outras tarefas atribuídas conforme necessário
EXPERIÊNCIA E EDUCAÇÃO*
Ensino Médio Completo.
Desejável experiência em processo de manufatura.
CONHECIMENTO, HABILIDADES, CAPACIDADES, CERTIFICAÇÕES/LICENÇAS E AFILIAÇÕES NECESSÁRIAS*
Habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita.
Proatividade.
Habilidade para atuar em um ambiente de trabalho em que a confiança, a colaboração e a ética estejam sempre presentes.
Capacidade de manter bons relacionamentos e parcerias, colaborando com seu time e com outras áreas para atingir os resultados da Cia.
Desejável conhecimento básico em informática.
