About this opportunity

Field-based position responsible for developing and maintaining professional relationships with healthcare professionals and external experts in Oncology or Rare Diseases therapeutic area. Deliver high-quality, up-to-date scientific, technical, and pharmaco-economic information, and act as a trusted partner for medical education and support. Proactively gather insights from the Oncology or Rare Diseases field to inform internal stakeholders and contribute to enhancing patient care and outcomes.

Typical Accountabilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals by provide scientifically accurate, therapeutic, and pharmaco-economic information, ensuring all interactions remain evidence-based and compliant.• Organize and deliver tailored educational sessions, seminars, or briefings to healthcare stakeholders based on their interests and knowledge gap areas.• Respond to complex queries from internal colleagues and external healthcare professionals, escalating challenging inquiries and adhering to all compliance and regulatory standards.• Review scientific materials meticulously to ensure alignment with internal policies and local regulatory guidelines, maintaining exceptional accuracy and relevance.• Deliver precise information on oncology or rare diseases therapeutic areas and associated medicines to support field activities and office-based initiatives when required.• Maintain expertise by routinely monitoring therapeutic advancements, new treatment guidelines, and regulatory updates within the assigned field.• Collaborate actively with cross-functional teams, including compliance and regulatory professionals, to refine the quality and efficiency of medical information delivery.• Drive process improvements within the Medical Affairs team, contributing to the success of related initiatives and organizational projects.• Collect actionable insights from interactions with healthcare professionals to inform internal strategies, elevate best practices, and shape patient-focused solutions effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or a related healthcare field; Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare sector (minimum of 3 years); Ability to manage requests independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and escalate issues when necessary; Strong interpersonal, communication, and scientific presentation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both local language and in English.

Desirable: Advanced degree (e.g., MSc, PharmD, or PhD); Comprehensive knowledge of local and international medical compliance regulations; Experience in Oncology or Rare Diseases.

Key Relationship to Reach Solutions

Internal: Oncology & Rare Disease Field Medical Liaison team; Medical Affairs teams (including field and office-based staff); Compliance; Sales and commercial colleagues; Regulatory affairs.

External: Healthcare professionals (HCPs); External partners or service providers; Regulatory authorities; Other key regional or community stakeholders.
