Position Summary
As Field Based Medical Science Liaison reporting to the Scientific Affairs Manager, you will be responsible for execution of the external engagement strategy aligned to the therapeutic portfolio, as well as implementation of the external engagement plan aligned to Therapy area strategies, driving a consistent approach to carrying out engagement activities in the field.
Our offices are in Petach Tikva.
MSL Hemato-Oncology role is a field role which include a significant amount of travel nationally.
As a key member of the Hemato-Oncology team, you will share your expertise with the medical affairs team, brand team, and other internal business partners including regulatory, strategic development, marketing and sales
Key accountabilities
• Interact responsibly, and within MA guidelines and GSK policies, with health care professionals, professional associations and other key stakeholders
• Present on scientific data to internal and external customers on disease or product, where appropriate
• Maintain expertise in the evolving scientific / therapeutic area and in competitor medicines and vaccines .
• Assist with submission and preparation of publications/presentations of study/data at medical and scientific meetings and in peer-reviewed journals
• Respond to requests for scientific and medical information in a comprehensive, timely and customer focused manner
• Develop and execute a robust External Expert (EE) engagement plan leveraging available face-to-face and digital channels to deliver value through a personalized omni-channel experience for our customers
• Provide scientific training for GSK sales representatives regarding GSK products and the conditions they treat utilizing approved Sales Training materials. Provide training to individual HCPs to prepare them to speak on behalf of GSK, and assist with GSK-sponsored speaker training events

Basic Qualifications & Skills
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Science, Pharmacy, or Medical Degree (PhD or related field preferred)
2 years of in-field MSL experience - preferred
Excellent communication skills and ability to discuss clinical evidence clearly and accurately.
Strong Customer Focus
Fluency in Hebrew and strong written and spoken English.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly across the assigned territory.
