JOB SUMMARY
担当するUCB製品において、日本市場でのビジネスの成長を促進するため、市場動向を踏まえたビジネスゴールの実現を目指す製品戦略の策定及び実行をサポートする。
ブランドリードが市場状況を分析し、機会を特定し、医療専門家(HCP)および患者を対象とした革新的なプロモーション戦略を策定したものをベースに、営業、メディカル、薬事、グローバル本社を含んだクロスファンクションとの緊密な協働体制を構築し、イベントサポート、プロモーション資材の作成を行う
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning
• 市場調査、顧客訪問、会議、学会、患者団体との交流などを通じて、販促資材を作成する
• オムニチャネルリードと連携し、チャネルミックス戦略に合致した資材を作成する
• 異なるステークホルダー、ソリューション、適応症、チャネル、地域全体での整合性を促進するためのKPIを資材作成に有効活用する
• 製品戦略に合ったメッセージを販促資材に盛り込む
• 資材作成に必要な予算立てを行い適切に管理するとともに必要に応じて費用対効果の検証を行う
Tactical Implementation
• クロスファンクションに協力してブランド戦略実行をサポートする
• 必要な資材の作成、本社イベントのサポートを行う
• 効果的な営業へのキャスケードを担う
Governance
• 倫理/コンプライアンス/法令順守を徹底する
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's Degree
英語力があるのと望ましい、3年以上の製薬企業での販促資材作成業務の経験
