Background)
At RBD franchise, we are serving people with intractable rare blood disorders by delivering innovative therapies and additional values. Within the franchise, IMH marketing is responsible for managing two brands which are, in-market brand Cablivi (for the treatment of aTTP/iTTP), and pre-launch brand Wayrilz (for ITP).
Wayrilz is a first-in-class & best-in-class BTK inhibitor for the treatment of ITP which has been approved by PMDA in June 2026. Wayrilz is a strategically prioritized product within the Specialty Care Business Unit also known as one of the Big 12. In addition to ITP, there are also other indications currently under development.
The mission of Wayrilz Brand Manager is to contribute to patients with ITP and associates and co-working with internal/external partners, including global brand team, to jointly create strategy, and execute tactical plans which are aligned with the strategy.
For the successful launch of Wayrilz in ITP, massive market shaping is critical in terms of transforming the way HCPs views and treats the condition, while empowering patients to seek for better QoL.

Role and Responsibility)
・Having patient-centricity as the foundation, develop and execute well-defined winning brand plan.
・Launch preparation regarding material creation, and event management
・Collaborate with global brand team with “glocal” minds
・Co-work with other functions and external partners to ensure Sanofi being competitive against competitors' dynamism within the respective therapeutic area
About you
Qualification)
【Experience】
・>5 years experience in healthcare industry
・>3 years product marketing experience in pharma, creating marketing plan / forecast, deliverables (new product launch experience as a marketer in pharma preferred)
【Skill-set】
・Structured way of thinking with objective/fact based view point
・Collaborative team worker
・Going out of his/her comfort-zone to stretch themselves for development
【Languages】
・Fluency in Japanese (native level)
・Business level English to communicate with global team members
