Your new role

As a Marketing Execution Professional in the CKM Marketing Hospital team, you will be at the heart of bringing our brand strategy to life across the hospital channel. From orchestrating impactful marketing events to developing compelling content and nurturing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, your work will directly connect Novo Nordisk's treatments with the healthcare professionals who prescribe them.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Planning and executing marketing meetings, events, and conventions for the hospital channel, from venue selection and agenda planning to speaker briefing and attendee coordination, ensuring every detail aligns with strategic marketing goals

Managing the creation, review, and revision of marketing content and promotional materials in close collaboration with internal teams, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, compliance standards, and campaign deadlines

Building and strengthening relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, key customers, and external stakeholders such as medical associations to deepen engagement and enhance brand presence

Coordinating with cross-functional teams, speakers, and vendors to deliver high-quality, cost-effective events on schedule and in full compliance with requirements

Supporting the CKM Marketing Hospital team with budget management, project tracking, and the implementation of broader marketing strategies and initiatives

Ensuring product lifecycle management, accessibility, and availability for assigned products

Operating in full compliance with local laws, PReMA code of practice, NNWay, Business Ethics and Compliance Framework, and Novo Nordisk pharmacovigilance standards

Your skills & qualifications

We are looking for a Marketing Execution Professional who thrives on turning plans into seamless experiences and enjoys working across teams to make things happen. You will bring with you:

A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 3–4 years of experience in frontline sales, frontline medical, or related roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

Familiarity with managing marketing events, including logistics, stakeholder coordination, and content development

Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to work independently on routine tasks while seeking guidance on new or complex assignments

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with Key Opinion Leaders, healthcare professionals, and cross-functional colleagues
