Role Overview

The Group Product Director (GPD), Access and Patient Experience Marketing, Neuroscience Schizophrenia will be accountable for shaping the U.S. brand access strategy, defining access-related field direction, and leading omnichannel promotion for access and customer experience across the long-acting injectable portfolio, comprised of INVEGA SUSTENNA®, INVEGA TRINZA®, and INVEGA HAFYERA . This leader will be accountable for anticipating and addressing the reimbursement, affordability, fulfillment, and treatment-setting barriers that may prevent appropriate patients from initiating, accessing, and remaining on treatment. This GPD will also be responsible for all aspects of the brand patient experience including brand education to patients/caregivers and direct-to-consumer advertising.

This leader will partner closely with the CAPLYTA® brand team to deliver a cohesive schizophrenia portfolio strategy. The role requires strong cross-functional influence, strategic leadership, and the ability to coach and develop a high-performing team. This GPD will report to the Director of Marketing, Neuroscience Schizophrenia.

Core Responsibilities

·Coach and develop a high-performing team while fostering an inclusive culture and strengthening capabilities.

·Lead the development and execution of the U.S. brand access strategy and ensure access considerations are incorporated into positioning, forecasting, and annual business planning.

·Shape and execute access messaging, resources, and omnichannel initiatives to enhance customer and patient engagement and maximize brand performance.

·Create clarity for the field access strategy, execution expectations, and resource utilization in partnership with Sales Leadership, PECS, SCG, and HCP Marketing.

·Oversee critical engagements with targeted pharmacies, focusing on strategy and contracting.

·Deliver focused patient and consumer marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.

·Evaluate the performance direct-to-consumer advertising to maximize impact and optimize investments.

·Partner closely with the CAPLYTA® brand team to develop and execute a cohesive schizophrenia portfolio strategy with clear alignment across priorities, access messaging, and field execution.

·Lead agency and vendor relationships and ensure prioritized, high-quality tactical execution.

·Build strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Medical Affairs, SCG, PECS, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, and Health Care Compliance teams to ensure strategic alignment and compliant execution.

·Champion responsible and compliant adoption of AI-enabled tools to accelerate insights, improve efficiency, enhance content development workflows, and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications / Requirements

Education

·BA/BS required; MBA preferred.

Required

·Minimum of 8 years of relevant commercial experience, including marketing and/or sales in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

·Previous market access experience required.

·Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive strategic alignment across matrixed organizations.

·Demonstrated track record of business results, strong marketing competencies, and learning agility with a willingness to test, learn, and scale new approaches.

·Demonstrated ability to think strategically, challenge the status quo, and translate insights into focused execution.

·Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills for an executive audience.

·Experience leading or partnering with sales teams to drive field execution and customer engagement.

·Experience managing external agency partners and vendor deliverables.

Preferred

·3+ years of people management experience.

·Psychiatry, Neuroscience, or CNS therapeutic area experience.

·Ability to motivate, lead, and influence across levels and functions.

·Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and responsible application to enhance effectiveness, inform strategic decision-making, and improve execution.

This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence three days per week, with two days per week working from home.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$150,000.00 - $258,750.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
