Oncology is a key growth therapeutic area for Lilly, and a major focus for the company in the upcoming years, especially breast cancer.
Position Description & Responsibilities:
This position will work with one of the most important brands of our current portfolio, reporting directly to the Brand Leader.
The Brand Senior Associate will partner with medical, sales, PRA, and other cross-functional teams to drive breast cancer franchise market strategy development and implementation.
Activities:
Brand Plans/Customer Plans Development
Action Plan Development, Implementation and follow-up
Sales Force Engagement and Training
Events planning & coordination
Budgeting and internal operations (ie. opex management)
KOL Engagement
Corporate presentations (in Portuguese and English)
Support/conduct Market Research
Execute all activities within compliance and regulatory guidelines
Campaign and promotional materials development: Develop effective campaigns and messages (communications) that reach the appropriate customer groups and accomplished a well-designed result
Agency And Business Partner Relationships: Collaborate with our creative agency and other external business partners to achieve brand development and customer experience goals
Transferable Skills: In addition to core marketing competencies, candidates will need to build their competences on:
Cross Functional leadership - collaborate across Medical, Sales, PRA and other functional groups in order to bring the plan to market.
Analytical and problem solving – explore ways to improve our current marketing activities
