We are seeking a Commercialization Manager to join our Commercial Immunology team, supporting the UK business in a hybrid work model. In this role, you will drive the creation and execution of local commercialization activities, support field execution of brand strategies, and help deliver strong commercial performance while collaborating with sales teams, alliance partners, cross-functional colleagues, and regional and global marketing teams. Discover your role:

Cooperate with alliance partners to implement local commercialization strategies across immunology therapeutic areas.

Partner with the Sales team to execute local tactical plans and deliver effective sales support materials.

Build, support, track, and optimize field execution of brand plans using agreed key performance indicators (KPIs).

Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to provide strategic input, market insights, and local performance updates.

Own day-to-day administration of Veeva CRM and Veeva PromoMats, including content routing, approval tracking, compliance checks, and user support.

Lead competitive intelligence activities across immunology therapy areas, delivering regular updates and ad hoc analyses to cross-functional stakeholders.

Audit and maintain field-facing resources to ensure content accuracy, compliance, and removal of outdated materials.

You thrive in a collaborative, matrixed environment and build productive relationships across functions and alliance partnerships.

This role requires:

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred and 3+ years of relevant professional experience in alliance management, field-based roles, or pharmaceutical consulting.

Experience in immunology, particularly biologic treatments.

Established track record in the pharmaceutical industry or on the agency side.

Outstanding knowledge of the National Health Service (NHS).

Proficiency in Veeva CRM, Veeva PromoMats, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong dashboard literacy.

Solid project and process management experience with strong attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholder management.

Excellent planning and organizational skills with a pragmatic, operationally focused approach.
