About Position:
Validation Technician은 클린룸 및 유틸리티 영역에서 Validation 관련 환경 모니터링 업무를 수행합니다. 모든 활동은 국내외 규제 요건 및 자사 기준에 따라 수행되어야 하며, 고객 및 규제기관의 요구 사항에 충족되도록 관리합니다.
해당 직무는 정확한 문서화와 샘플링을 통해 Data Integrity를 확보하고 오염 가능성을 최소화함으로써, 제품 품질과 규제 준수를 효과적으로 지원하는데 핵심적인 역할을 합니다.
Your role:
Validation 팀의 일원으로 제조 구역 내 환경 모니터링(EM) 활동을 GMP 및 내부 절차에 따라 수행합니다.
클린룸 환경에서 환경 모니터링의 목적과 중요성을 이해하고, 오염 방지를 위한 클린룸 행동 수칙을 철저히 준수합니다.
클린룸 출입 교육, 클린룸 내 행동 수칙, 갱의 적격성 평가 및 무균 공정 밸리데이션 활동에 참여하여 클린룸 출입 및 환경모니터링 활동에 대한 자격을 부여받고 유지합니다.
부유균, 낙하균, 표면균 등 미생물 샘플링과 비생물학적 입자(부유입자) 측정을 포함하여 클린룸 내 환경 모니터링을 수행함으로써, 청정실 내 환경이 적절하게 유지되고 있음을 평가하고 증명합니다.
정제수(Purified Water), 주사용수(Water for Injection), 순수 증기(Pure Steam) 등의 시료를 채취함으로써, 클린 유틸리티가 허용 기준에 충족되는 수준으로 운영 관리되고 있음을 평가하고 증명합니다.
환경 모니터링 수행 절차와 관련된 SOP의 제정 및 개정에 참여하고, 환경 모니터링 중 발생할 수 있는 오류와 리스크를 방지할 수 있는 절차가 효과적으로 반영되도록 합니다.
GMP 및 GDP에 대한 폭 넓은 이해를 바탕으로 SOP에 따라 환경모니터링 수행 활동을 정확하게 기록하고 문서화합니다.
환경 모니터링 데이터에서 이상 결과(OOT, OOS 등) 가 확인될 경우 원인 조사에 참여하고, 필요한 경우 CAPA 활동을 지원합니다.
모든 환경 모니터링 활동은 안전하게 수행되며, 규제 및 내부 품질 기준을 철저히 준수해야 합니다.
보관소(Storage area)에 대한 재적격성 평가 및 검증 활동에 참여하여 시설 내 보관 구역이 허용 기준에 충족되는 수준으로 운영 관리되고 있음을 증명합니다.
지정된 Validation 프로젝트 및 기타 관련 업무를 지원합니다.
Who you are:
전문학사(초대졸) 학위 소지자 (생명과학, 생물학, 미생물학 또는 제약 및 바이오 산업 관련 분야)
신입 가능
3년 이내 유관 경력자 우대 (제약 또는 바이오 산업 내 환경 모니터링, 밸리데이션 또는 클린룸 운영/참여 관련 경력)
GMP 및 무균 작업 (클린룸 내 행동 등)에 대한 교육(이론/실무) 이수자 우대
세심하고 주의력이 깊으며 클린룸 환경에서 일하는 데 거부감이 없는 자
내부 절차를 정확히 준수하고, 문서화 업무를 성실하게 수행할 수 있는 자
원활한 소통 능력 및 협업 능력을 보유한 자
영문 문서 독해 및 기본적인 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자 우대
