ניהול ותפעול מערך ניהול הסיכונים לתרופות
הפקת דוחות יומיים, חודשיים ותקופתיים
ניפוק תרופות ומתן שירות מקצועי למטופלים
מעקב, תיעוד ודיווח על תלונות איכות ותופעות לוואי
עבודה שוטפת מול רופאים, רוקחים וצוותים מקצועיים נוספים
ביצוע ניהול סיכונים לתהליכים פנימיים
ביצוע תחקירים מקצועיים וטיפול באירועים חריגים
הכישורים והניסיון שיש לך
תואר ראשון ברוקחות ורישיון ישראלי תקף לעיסוק ברוקחות – חובה
הסיום בהצלחה של קורס קנאביס לרוקחים המוכר על-ידי היק"ר (כולל מעבר המבחן המסכם) – יתרון
שליטה מלאה בעברית ובאנגלית, בכתב ובעל-פה – חובה
שליטה וניסיון בניתוח והצגת נתונים בכלים ממוחשבים, תוך דגש על יישומי Office – יתרון
ניסיון קודם בעבודה בבית מרקחת קהילתי / רשת / בית חולים
