This is a US-based remote field training leadership position reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Learning & Performance within the Rare Disease Business Unit (RDBU).

What you will do

The primary responsibility of this role is to drive Learning & Performance strategy and execution for the TAVNEOS business, including New Hire/Onboarding, field learning, semester meetings, sales capability initiatives, and ongoing training aligned with business priorities. In addition to supporting the current TAVNEOS business, the individual will partner across Brand, Marketing, Medical, Patient Access, and Commercial teams to help shape Learning & Performance strategy and launch readiness for dazodalibep (DAZ) in Sjögren’s disease. This role will provide cross-functional leadership and strategic influence across multiple stakeholders and may evolve to include direct people leadership as launch activities expand.

Additional responsibilities include:

Lead Learning & Performance strategy and execution for the TAVNEOS business, including New Hire/Onboarding, field learning, semester meetings, and ongoing sales capability initiatives.

Partner with Brand Leadership to ensure learning strategies are aligned with business priorities and commercial objectives.

Collaborate across the RDBU Learning & Performance team, cross-functional internal partners, and other Business Unit learning organizations to identify and scale learning best practices.

Build and scale sales capability initiatives, and learning solutions that improve field effectiveness and accelerate business results.

Provide leadership and coaching across Learning & Performance initiatives, with the opportunity to manage and develop staff as the organization evolves.

Partner with Global Launch Excellence & Brand Engagement (GLEBE), Brand, Medical, Marketing, and Commercial teams to support DAZ pre-launch learning strategy and launch readiness.

Contribute to the development of DAZ launch learning plans, curriculum strategy, resource planning, governance, and key launch milestones.

Support cross-functional launch workstreams and ensure learning initiatives remain aligned with evolving brand strategy, development timelines, and commercialization milestones.

Partner closely with Sales Leadership to maintain a proactive, strategic approach to capability development that enables both current brand success and future launch readiness.

US-remote, approximately 30% travel is required.

Basic Qualifications:

Candidates should meet one of the following education and experience combinations:

Doctorate degree and 2 years of Sales Training experience

Master’s degree and 4 years of Sales Training experience

Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of Sales Training experience

Associate’s degree and 10 years of Sales Training experience

High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Sales training experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to balance execution for an established in-market brand while contributing to future launch planning and commercialization efforts.

Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and vendor management.

Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, facilitate executive-level discussions, and lead engaging learning experiences for large audiences in both in-person and virtual environments. Experience supporting commercial launches, launch readiness, or pre-launch planning activities.

Demonstrated ability to lead multiple strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Experience partnering with Global, Brand, Medical, Marketing, and cross-functional commercial teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Experience developing launch learning strategies, curriculum roadmaps, and capability-building initiatives.
