Then this may be the opportunity for you to join API Quality M3 in Kalundborg.
Our department provides quality assurance support to six purification facilities. You will become part of a collaborative department with a strong team spirit and highly skilled, ambitious and engaged colleagues. We place great emphasis on teamwork, adaptability and continuous personal and professional development.
We are looking for an experienced QA professional who combines strong quality awareness with curiosity and an improvement mindset. You should be motivated by working in a dynamic environment where priorities and business needs may change, and where we work together to find simple, robust and compliant solutions.
Your new role
You will join one of our two QA teams responsible for supporting daily operations and projects across three purification facilities.
Your main responsibility will be to provide proactive and risk-based QA oversight of processes and documentation related to daily production. Your tasks will include:
Reviewing batch documentation and supporting product release
Reviewing and approving deviations, change requests, trend reports and standard operating procedures
Providing visible and proactive QA support on the shop floor
Supporting timely resolution of quality-related issues
Identifying trends, risks and improvement opportunities
Simplifying and optimizing processes while maintaining compliance and product quality
Supporting internal audits and inspections by health authorities, including presenting relevant quality data
You will work closely with colleagues across QA, production and supporting functions. Collaboration is therefore essential, and you should enjoy sharing knowledge, asking questions and developing solutions together with others.
Digitalization and AI are becoming increasingly important in our work. You will have the opportunity to contribute to how data, digital solutions and responsibly used AI-supported tools can strengthen trend identification, improve workflows and enable more effective quality oversight. Solutions must remain compliant, transparent and supported by sound professional judgement.
The position offers opportunities to develop your professional QA capabilities and your understanding of pharmaceutical production. We support individual development through feedback, knowledge sharing, increased responsibility and involvement in improvement activities and cross-functional initiatives.
What you'll bring
We are looking for a colleague who contributes both professionally and personally to the team. To succeed in the role, we expect that you:

Have experience from the pharmaceutical industry, preferably including at least two years within quality assurance or production
Have a strong quality mindset and can apply a risk-based approach to case handling
Are motivated by simplification, optimization and continuous improvement
Are curious about digital tools and the potential responsible use of AI within quality processes
Are adaptable and able to maintain quality and overview when priorities change
Take responsibility for your own learning and development
Are willing to challenge existing ways of working constructively
Are an inclusive and dedicated team player who builds trust and respect
Have strong collaboration and communication skills

How we calculate "similar"
No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.
Every comparison starts from the same 100-point budget: 25 for working in the same function, 40 for the same therapeutic area, 20 for the same or adjacent seniority, 15 for the same country. A dimension we can't confirm on both sides contributes nothing, never a guess, never a free pass.
0 points, never a partial guess. A role we know almost nothing about beyond its function bottoms out at 25%; it never inflates to 100% just because there's little to compare against. Seniority uses a defined ladder (Associate → Manager → Associate Director → Senior → Principal → Director → Senior Director → Executive/VP) so "Director" and "Senior Director" count as adjacent, but "Director" and "Executive/VP" do not.
