Role Overview

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Product Director, Professional Promotion to lead U.S. healthcare professional (HCP) marketing for IMAAVY (nipocalimab) in warm autoimmune hemolytic anemia (wAIHA).

This strategic leadership role is responsible for developing and executing professional promotion strategies that drive disease awareness, customer activation and brand adoption. This is a critical position on the IMAAVY marketing team and will report to the Group Product Director, IMAAVY Market Development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead HCP marketing strategy and execution for IMAAVY in the wAIHA indication

Develop integrated promotional campaigns and educational initiatives that support brand objectives and customer needs

Drive omnichannel engagement across personal, digital, congress and peer-to-peer channels

Partner with cross-functional teams to develop compliant promotional materials and initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment and effective navigation of the CAC process

Leverage insights, analytics, and market research to optimize business performance and customer engagement

Lead agency partners and manage key marketing initiatives from strategy through execution

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree required; a post-graduate degree (e.g., MBA, MS) is preferred.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

A minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical, healthcare or related commercial experience, including at least 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or commercial strategy.

Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives in matrixed environment.

Strong strategic, analytical, communication, and project leadership skills.

Preferred:

Experience in immunology, hematology, or rare disease.

Field sales experience preferred.

Other:

This role is based in Horsham, PA and requires up to 25% travel.
