About the Role
The Product Director, Market Development is a core member of the brand team accountable for developing and executing the Primary Care and market development strategy for ICOTYDE in Plaque Psoriasis (PsO). This position reports to the Group Product Director, Customer Experience and Market Development.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities where primary care serves as a disproportionate key stakeholder in PsO treatment initiation and develop a growth strategy that supports treatment earlier in a patient’s PsO journey
Customize brand messaging and lead the development of market expansion tactics that could include personal, non-personal, and medical education tactics
Lead the deployment of current and future tele-health solutions
Participate and actively provide inputs to cross-functional partners as it relates to launch strategy & tactical implementation, including but not limited to, Sales, Medical Affairs, Learning Excellence, Global, Insights, etc.
Shape and participate in advisory boards, congresses and attend scientific sessions where needed.
Manage associated AOR and agency partners, ensuring shared accountability to the brand strategy, rigor in marketing excellence, and exceptional execution of key tactics and deliverables.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree required, MBA is preferred
A minimum of 5+ years of business experience with successful track record – preferably in Marketing, or alternatively also in Sales, Sales Learning & Development, Medical or related fields
Solid analytical & critical thinking with demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable tactics to deliver on business objectives
Capable of leading within a matrix environment & influencing without authority
Excellent communication & project management skills
Track record of demonstrating passion and perseverance for long-term & meaningful goals
Evidence of intellectual curiosity, long-range thinking, stakeholder alignment, and change management
Previous PCP and digital marketing or sales experience would be advantageous
Ability to work in Horsham, PA (3 days/week) and travel domestically up to 20%
Preferred:
Learning Aptitude towards AI/Tech: Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and applying new tools over time
