The Product Director, Channel Strategy, will play a critical role in shaping and executing channel strategies that support key Immunology brands. This leader will generate deep customer insights across evolving healthcare delivery models, including integrated systems, organized customers, and other influential stakeholders, to inform strategic choices, strengthen value messaging, and accelerate brand adoption and activation.

This role will navigate the complexities of a rapidly shifting healthcare ecosystem, translating insights into actionable strategies that support commercial success across priority channels. The Product Director will partner cross-functionally across marketing, SCG , medical affairs, analytics, legal, compliance and field teams to maximize impact in the following areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Strategy Leadership: Develop and execute channel strategies that support brand performance across integrated systems, organized customers, and other key account types.

Insight Generation: Build a deep understanding of customer needs, care-model dynamics, economic drivers, decision processes, and population-level priorities within key channels. Translate insights into clear strategic recommendations.

Value Story Development: Partner with Value & Evidence and Medical Affairs to shape compelling, evidence-based value narratives tailored to priority customer segments.

Performance Monitoring: Define key metrics, assess channel performance, and optimize strategies through ongoing analysis and customer feedback.

Field Enablement: Develop tools, resources and training to support IAT field execution and maximize impact.

Innovation & Pilots: Identify, develop, and test scalable channel solutions, pilots, and new models that enhance brand value and support portfolio growth undefined

Qualifications

Required:

B.A. or a B.S. degree is required and an MBA or an advanced degree is helpful but not required

A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience is required.

Sales or sales leadership experience is a preferred

Market access experience is a preferred.

Ability to be innovative, creative, enthusiastic, and strong analytically, with excellent overall business insight, is fundamental.

Validated experience launching innovative marketing solutions

Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills with a heightened ability to collaborate and work with a team to be successful.

Experience of managing multiple demands and priorities on time, leading teams, gaining alignment and driving decision-making is crucial to the success of this position.

This position may require up to 25% domestic and/or international travel

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$102,000.00 - $177,100.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
