The Position
Innerhalb unseres zukunftsweisenden Clusters „First Net Zero Site“ stellt der Kreis „GMP-Compliance E&U“ sicher, dass im operativen Betrieb unserer Energie- und Medienversorgung (Energies & Utilities) alle behördlichen und regulatorischen Anforderungen strikt eingehalten werden. Um unsere Prozesse weiter zu optimieren, suchen wir eine engagierte Unterstützung, die frische Ideen mitbringt und aktiv an unserer Versorgungsqualität mitwirkt.
Die Möglichkeit
Als Praktikant/in erhältst Du die Möglichkeit, wertvolle Praxiserfahrungen im Bereich Critical Utilities zu sammeln und an einem zentralen Konzept für unsere Standorte in Basel und Kaiseraugst mitzuwirken.
Einarbeitung & Expertise aufbauen: Du tauchst tief in die Themen Trending und Monitoring der GMP-Medien der Arealversorgung ein (Purified Water (PW), Pharma-Stickstoff, Prozessluft, Kohlendioxid (CO2).
Konzeptentwicklung (Dein Hauptprojekt): Aufbauend auf einem ersten Entwurf bist du massgeblich an der Ausarbeitung, Überarbeitung und dem Aufbau eines neuen, standortübergreifenden Monitoring- und Trending-Konzepts beteiligt.
Datenanalyse & Optimierung: Du bewertest bestehende Daten, leitest Trends ab und bringst deine Erkenntnisse direkt in die Prozessoptimierung ein.
Echten Impact: Du schreibst nicht nur Konzepte für die Schublade, sondern arbeitest an einem Projekt, das direkten Einfluss auf unsere Produktionssicherheit und Effizienz hat.
Mentoring & Entwicklung: Tiefe Einblicke in die kritische Infrastruktur (Critical Utilities) eines globalen Pharmaunternehmens mit intensiver Betreuung durch erfahrene Experten.

Wer du bist
Du hast ein laufendes oder innerhalb der letzten 12 Monate abgeschlossenes Masterstudium im Bereich Pharmatechnik, Verfahrenstechnik, Biotechnologie, Ingenieurwissenschaften, Life Sciences oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung. Weiterhin hast du:
Hohes Interesse in den Bereichen Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Qualitätsmanagement
Eine analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte zu verstehen und pragmatische, effiziente Lösungen zu entwickeln
Fliessende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
Grundkenntnisse in Anlagen- und Versorgungstechnik sind von Vorteil.

Der bevorzugte Start des Praktikums ist ab Januar 2027 bis März 2027. Bitte gib dein präferiertes Startdatum in deiner Bewerbung an.
Das Schreiben einer Abschlussarbeit lässt diese Praktikumsstelle nicht zu.
