Your new role
As our new Patient Activation Medical Advisor, you will develop, review and execute medical strategies that strengthen patient engagement across our therapy areas. Working at the intersection of science, communication and compliance, you will ensure that every patient-facing initiative is scientifically robust, ethically sound, and genuinely useful to the people we serve.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Collaborating closely with Marketing and Customer Excellence to strategically develop and medically review patient-facing materials, ensuring scientific accuracy, compliance, and clarity
Organising and supporting impactful patient activities and educational initiatives that enhance patient knowledge, support and outcomes
Translating medical and scientific evidence into patient activation concepts, and drafting or co-creating patient materials in line with approved product information
Partnering with Compliance, Legal and internal governance functions to ensure patient communications meet regulatory and ethical standards, and are updated as evidence and requirements evolve
Aligning cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Medical, Compliance and Customer Excellence to prioritise initiatives and execute scientifically accurate, impact-driven programmes
Adapting patient engagement content and medical strategy inputs to evolving evidence, patient needs and internal learnings – maintaining scientific rigor at every step
Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a scientifically curious, patient-focused professional who thrives at the meeting point of medical science and patient communication. To succeed in this role, you will bring:
An MD, PhD, DVM, DMD, PharmD or equivalent medical/scientific degree
Experience in Medical Affairs, ideally with exposure to patient activation, patient engagement or patient education initiatives
Experience supporting the review and approval of patient-facing scientific or medical content (preferred)
Strong stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Medical, Compliance and Customer Excellence
A proactive, well-organised mindset with strong analytical, planning and communication skills, and a clear orientation toward patient focus and effective strategy execution
Fluency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken
