Für unser Medical Affairs-Team (Neuroscience) suchen wir mit Start zum 01.01.2027 Unterstützung als:

Medical Science Liaison Manager – Neuroscience (w/m/d)

Region MITTE: Nürnberg – Würzburg – Frankfurt a.M. – Erfurt – Magdeburg – Göttingen – Wolfsburg

Aufgaben

Thought Leader (TL) identifizieren, Datenbank aktualisieren und gemäß globaler MSL-Richtlinie & Tiering-Prozess pflegen

Führen ausgewogener wissenschaftlicher Gespräche mit TL auf Augenhöhe

Chancen für Zusammenarbeit mit TL identifizieren, im Einklang mit der Unternehmensstrategie

Wissenschaftliche und edukative Zusammenarbeit mit Healthcare Professionals (HCP) entwickeln und stärken und als medizinische*r Ansprechpartner*in für TL agieren

Durchführung und/oder Umsetzung neutraler, nicht-werblicher wissenschaftlicher Meetings und Bildungsaktivitäten

Generieren & Teilen von Insights aus HCP-Kontakten zur Unterstützung der Strategie

Teilnahme & Berichterstattung bei wichtigen nationalen & regionalen (ggf. auch internationalen) medizinischen Kongressen

Unterstützung der klinischen Entwicklung & ISS (Investigator-Sponsored Studies)

Sicherstellung interner funktionsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit als wissenschaftlicher Partner/in, z.B. mit Market Access, Marketing & Sales, Patient Affairs, etc.

Qualifikationen

Hochschulabschluss in biomedizinischen/naturwissenschaftlichen Fächern (z. B. MSc, PhD, MD, PharmD)

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im medizinischen Umfeld, idealerweise im Außendienst als MSL

Erfahrung in wissenschaftlichen Präsentationen und Zusammenarbeit mit TL/HCP

Fähigkeit, klinische Studiendaten zu interpretieren

Kenntnisse regulatorischer/Compliance-Vorgaben in der Zusammenarbeit mit HCP

Expertise im therapeutischen Bereich des Portfolios (Neuroscience) sowie bestehende Kontakte wünschenswert

Microsoft Office Kenntnisse

Hohe Reisebereitschaft

Fließend in Wort und Schrift in Deutsch und Englisch
