Your new role

As a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for our GLP-1 and Metabolic Diseases Pipeline, you will be the trusted scientific partner for healthcare professionals across Israel. You will translate complex science into meaningful clinical dialogue, generate insights from the field, and help shape both medical and brand strategies in one of the most dynamic therapeutic areas in healthcare today.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Staying up to date on the latest scientific and clinical developments across GLP-1 and metabolic diseases, and acting as the in-house expert for your therapeutic areas

Mapping, identifying and building meaningful, long-term relationships with HCPs and Key Opinion Leaders .

Leading high-level scientific dialogue with HCPs and KOLs, generating medical insights that shape our strategies

Planning and executing field activities, including educational events for the scientific community

Supporting the medical and brand team strategy by incorporating field-based insights into decision-making

Collaborating closely with cross-functional colleagues in Medical Affairs, Sales and Marketing to deliver coordinated, science-led engagement

You will join the Medical Affairs team in Israel, a tight-knit, ambitious team operating at the forefront of metabolic disease – a therapeutic area where Novo Nordisk is redefining what is possible for millions of people living with chronic disease.

Your skills & qualifications

We are looking for a motivated and scientifically curious MSL who enjoys building relationships, navigating complexity, and turning science into impact. You will bring with you:

An advanced doctoral degree in Health Sciences (DVM, PhD, PharmD or equivalent)

Proven scientific communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage credibly with KOLs and HCPs across multiple specialities

A proactive, insight-driven and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams

Strong business and strategic acumen, paired with the agility to translate field insights into actionable input for medical and brand strategy

Curiosity, learning agility and excellent interpersonal skills, with fluency in Hebrew and English
