The Position

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the launch and commercial strategy for Gazyva® (Obinutuzumab) in the Nephrology therapy area. In this role, he/she will be responsible for defining the indication vision, developing actionable marketing strategies, and driving cross-functional execution to maximize market access, brand adoption, and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

Indication Strategy & Launch Readiness: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and launch readiness frameworks for Gazyva® in Nephrology, ensuring alignment with global brand strategies and local market dynamics.

Market Insights & Segmentation: Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, customer behaviors, and patient pathways to identify key growth drivers and unmet clinical needs in the renal space.

KOL & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), nephrologists, healthcare professionals (HCPs), and medical societies to drive scientific exchange and brand advocacy.

Campaign & Content Development: Design and deliver innovative promotional campaigns, multi-channel marketing (MCM) initiatives, and high-impact scientific communications tailored to nephrology HCPs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Market Access teams to align campaign messaging, ensure regulatory compliance, and support optimal market access/reimbursement strategies.

Budget & Performance Management: Manage brand marketing budgets efficiently, set key performance indicators (KPIs), and continuously track ROI and sales performance to optimize execution strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Business, or Marketing (Master’s or MBA preferred)

Experience: 5+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, with a proven track record in product launch and brand management.Prior experience in Nephrology, Immunology, or specialty care therapeutic areas is highly preferred.

Competencies: Strong strategic thinking with proven commercial acumen and analytical capability. Excellent cross-functional leadership, project management, and communication skills.Familiarity with digital marketing tools and multi-channel engagement strategies.

Languages: Native fluency in Mandarin and professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
