At Servier BeLux, we are looking for a Marketing Lead Pharmacy Business to join our Cardiovascular & Venous Diseases team. This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic brand management with the development of innovative pharmacy services that create value for pharmacists, patients and healthcare professionals.

In this role, you will be at the crossroads of consumer healthcare, pharmacy engagement and prescription medicines, with a strong focus on delivering impactful solutions within the pharmacy channel and combining commercial creativity with the rigor required in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Your mission

As Marketing Lead Pharmacy Business, you will be responsible for two complementary areas:

Lead the pharmacy and consumer marketing strategy of a flagship consumer healthcare brand (75%)

You will take ownership of the pharmacy and consumer activation strategy for one of our leading brands within the cardiovascular and venous disease portfolio.

Working closely with a colleague responsible for physician-focused activities, you will drive growth through:

Development and execution of the pharmacy channel strategy while ensuring full compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, company policies and ethical standards.

Creation of compelling sell-out programs and in-pharmacy activation campaigns

Development of omnichannel direct-to-consumer campaigns

Design and implementation of promotional tools and materials for the field force

Collaboration with sales teams to maximize execution excellence in pharmacies

Identification of new growth opportunities through customer and market insights

Management of agencies, budgets and project timelines

Continuous monitoring and optimisation of campaign performance

Develop innovative pharmacy solutions for our prescription medicines portfolio (25%)

In addition to brand responsibilities, you will play a key role in strengthening Servier's value proposition towards pharmacists.

While Product Managers focus on positioning our prescription medicines with physicians, you will identify opportunities to support pharmacists in their daily practice and improve patient care.

Your responsibilities will include:

Identifying unmet needs and challenges encountered by pharmacists

Translating pharmacy insights into innovative and scalable solutions

Coordinating cross-functional projects across multiple therapeutic areas

Developing services, tools and programs that create meaningful value for pharmacies

Collaborating closely with Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, Regulatory and Digital teams

Ensuring excellence in the execution of pharmacy-focused initiatives

Who are you?

You are a marketer with a strong commercial mindset who enjoys building partnerships, leading projects and creating innovative customer solutions.

You bring:

A Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or a related field

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, OTC, consumer healthcare or pharmacy marketing

Proven experience in brand management and customer activation

Strong understanding of the pharmacy environment

Experience in developing omnichannel campaigns

Project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders

Excellent analytical and strategic thinking capabilities

Strong communication and influencing skills

An entrepreneurial, proactive and hands-on mindset

Fluency in Dutch and/or French is essential for this role.  Additionally, an advanced level of English is a highly valued asset.
