The Opportunity

Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Junior Project Manager / Project Manager to join our Portfolio In-Line Services Hub in Warsaw.

This role is ideal for a highly organized project management professional who thrives in a dynamic portfolio environment and enjoys coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives across European markets.

You will play a critical role in ensuring portfolio projects are planned, governed, and executed effectively. Acting as a central point of coordination between Portfolio, Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, and local market teams, you will help drive successful project delivery while ensuring transparency, alignment, and timely decision-making.

Your work will directly contribute to optimizing Teva's portfolio, accelerating business opportunities, and supporting strategic growth across Europe.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

Lead and coordinate cross-functional portfolio projects from initiation through implementation.

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and governance documentation.

Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and mitigation actions.

Facilitate project team meetings, steering committees, and governance forums.

Track action items, ensure accountability, and follow up on agreed deliverables.

Support portfolio decision-making by providing structured project updates and status reports.

Collaborate with stakeholders across European markets and global functions to ensure alignment and execution excellence.

Drive portfolio initiatives related to product launches, lifecycle management, optimization opportunities, divestments, and strategic portfolio changes.

Ensure adherence to portfolio management processes, governance standards, and best practices.

Support the continuous improvement of project management methodologies, tools, dashboards, and reporting capabilities.

Contribute to business transformation initiatives and promote a culture of operational excellence.

Your Skills and Experience

Masters's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Project Management, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in project management, portfolio management, business operations, or PMO functions within the pharmaceutical industry.

Experience working in generic pharmaceuticals, biosimilars, specialty medicines, or healthcare is strongly preferred.

Proven track record of managing complex cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance processes, and portfolio management principles.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced international environment.

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to influence without direct authority and effectively coordinate diverse teams.

Experience preparing executive-level presentations, status reports, and governance materials.

Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are preferred.

Fluency in English is required.
