Otros requisitos: Debe estar matriculado/a en una universidad de México durante la pasantía.

Requisitos de idioma: Inglés intermedio

Fecha de inicio prevista: Septiembre 2026

Periodo de prácticas: 1 año

Modelo híbrido: 2 días onsite

¿Qué harás?

Coordinar y liderar el proceso de sometimiento de materiales promocionales en la plataforma Content Lab, en los tiempos requeridos por la marca para garantizar la ejecución de los materiales en campo. Adicionalmente será responsable de dar seguimiento puntual con la agencia creativa sobre la creación y validación de cambios solicitados a los materiales asegurando tener la versión final previamente al sometimiento en la plataforma (30%)

Coordinar las actividades operativas y logísticas de eventos de Oncología dirigidos a audiencias internas y externas, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, materiales, vuelos y hospitalidades para HCPs en alineación con Gerente de Producto, Meeting Planning, otras áreas cross-functional y los proveedores involucrados. (30%)

Coordinación y seguimiento de OC relacionadas con las actividades de Oncología y dar visibilidad mensual al Gerente de Producto sobre las OC activas, pendientes y cerradas para un completo control del gasto (20%)

Recopilar y analizar datos de diferentes fuentes para generar informes y recomendaciones sobre la eficacia de las estrategias de marketing. (10%)

Dar soporte en la ejecución de management monitoring y otras tareas administrativas de Oncología relacionadas con el departamento de marketing garantizando el cumplimiento de procesos y objetivos (10%).

Apoyarás al equipo de marketing de oncología en México, ayudando a planificar y ejecutar actividades de marketing locales. Trabajarás en colaboración con gerentes de marketing, colegas del área médica, el equipo de ventas, especialistas digitales y socios externos.
