Activities & Responsibilities

Franchise Governance & Strategic Vision: Architect the overarching 3-to-5-year long-range macro commercial roadmaps for the entire CMVD franchise, managing the lifecycle interplay between off-patent cash cows and next-generation pipeline launches.

Macro Portfolio P&L Architecture: Hold complete corporate accountability for the aggregate franchise P&L statement. Strategically reallocate resources, marketing capital, and operational budgets (A&P) across multiple product lines to fund high-growth pipeline assets.

Macro Medical Shaping & Health Policy Influence: Establish institutional corporate alliances with the executive boards of national medical societies (e.g., VNHA, VADE). Collaborate with MA/RA teams to drive high-level national reimbursement frameworks and shape clinical guidelines.

Strategic People Leadership & Talent Pipeline: Directly lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing squad of Product Managers and Senior PMs. Establish clear performance evaluation matrices, drive capability-building, and curate the marketing succession pipeline.

Corporate Omnichannel Transformation: Direct the structural marketing technology and customer data infrastructure strategy for the business unit. Establish automated engagement benchmarks to maximize cross-channel commercial efficiency.

Regional Matrix Alliances: Represent the country's franchise across APAC regional commercial matrices, ensuring local market readiness maps fully leverage global resources.

Candidate Profile

Education

Mandatory Background: Pharmacist or Doctor degree (University level) with excellent knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, medical concepts, and cardiovascular/metabolic therapeutics.

Preferred: Master of Business Administration (MBA) or relevant postgraduate marketing degree is heavily preferred.

Work Experience

Tenure: Minimum 8+ years of progressive pharmaceutical commercial leadership inside premier multinational pharmaceutical corporations (MNCs).

Leadership Experience: Proven track record of at least 2 to 3 years of direct people management experience over professional product management lines, with documented success in talent promotion.

Domain Mastery: Comprehensive experience managing multi-brand chronic disease franchises, leading complex market access, and managing co-marketing or distribution alliances within Vietnam.

Skills

Communication & Presentation: Full professional fluency in written and spoken English.

Dynamic & Positive Attitude: High sense of responsibility, resilience under pressure, and a solution-oriented mindset.
