Group Product Director, HCP, Sjogren's Disease is the HCP marketing leader responsible for marketing strategy and execution. The GPD, nipocalimab Sjogren's Disease, is the HCP leader for the brand. This role is also accountable for market development strategy and HCP launch lead.

Core responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Developing an integrated strategic plan for nipocalimab Sjogren's Disease (in-market indications and overall branding experience.

Maximize marketing communications to physicians, patients and thought-leaders through broad omnichannel promotion including non-personal, personal, peer, and consumer advertising.

Work in conjunction with partners across the Rheumatology TA, developing annual marketing plans to optimize growth and overall access to providers and patients

Lead the translation of insight to strategy to execution and partner with multiple functions including Sales, Sales Training, Analytics, Strategic Customer Group, Medical Affairs, PECs, Global Strategic Marketing, Communications, US Immunology brand leads, Supply Chain, and outside vendors in order to effectively execute key commercial activities and achieve business goals.

Coordinate and provide input to critical processes related to investor relations narrative, business planning, marketing plans, market research, business performance tracking and reporting

Collaborate with finance and analytics partners to lead annual financial forecasts and maintain budgets to support financial objectives.

Track and monitor weekly, monthly, quarterly performance and recommend actions as needed.

Continually assess competitive landscape and proactively respond to needs.

Experience requirements:

BA/BS required and an MBA preferred.

Minimum 10 years’ business experience (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Management, etc.) of which at least 8 years of demonstrated marketing experience and proven performance is required.

Demonstrated success in critical marketing competencies required.

Ability to succinctly tell a story for executive audiences of brand.

Experience in directing and managing advertising agencies is required.

Strong people management and development capabilities are required.

Advanced communication and presentation skills required.

Prior experience in competitive markets required.

Prior launch and rheumatology experience preferred.

Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and applying new tools over time preferred.

The position is located in Horsham, NJ and requires up to 25% travel, predominantly US, with limited OUS travel. At J&J, we work flexibly with 3 days in-office with 2 days remote work.
