Location: Cambridge, MA

About the Job

Join the team transforming care for people with immune-mediated and inflammatory diseases. In Specialty Care, you'll help deliver breakthrough treatments that bring hope to patients with some of the highest unmet needs.

Sanofi's Immunology Franchise is preparing to transform the treatment landscape for Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) with duvakitug, one of Sanofi's high-priority new assets. As the Global HCP Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the healthcare professional (HCP) marketing strategy from prelaunch through launch and beyond. You will work closely with key markets, including the US and Japan, and serve as the lead for the Agency of Record (AOR) relationship, ensuring strategic alignment and executional excellence across all HCP marketing activities.

As the team continues to grow in anticipation of launch, this role offers a rare opportunity to help build something meaningful from the ground up, working at the intersection of science, strategy, and creativity to ensure gastroenterologists, IBD specialists, and other relevant HCPs are informed, engaged, and equipped to identify and treat patients living with IBD.

This product will be developed and marketed in collaboration with Teva with Sanofi responsible for launches outside of the EU.

How we calculate "similar"

No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.

Every comparison starts from the same 100-point budget: 25 for working in the same function, 40 for the same therapeutic area, 20 for the same or adjacent seniority, 15 for the same country. A dimension we can't confirm on both sides contributes nothing, never a guess, never a free pass.

Unmatched or unknown dimensions score exactly the same: 0 points, never a partial guess. A role we know almost nothing about beyond its function bottoms out at 25%; it never inflates to 100% just because there's little to compare against. Seniority uses a defined ladder (Associate → Manager → Associate Director → Senior → Principal → Director → Senior Director → Executive/VP) so "Director" and "Senior Director" count as adjacent, but "Director" and "Executive/VP" do not.
