Mission
The Digital Marketing Specialist is the primary execution engine responsible for the end-to-end setup, asset localization, deployment, and tracking of all digital marketing campaigns and materials for the CMVD portfolio, targeting both HCPs and Patients.
Work in close collaboration with brand management teams to translate customer engagement plans into omnichannel journeys and transform high-science medical strategies into flawless digital execution across digital platforms (Mass emailing, Approved email, Zalo, HCP portal, etc.).
Run omnichannel campaign development and execution for both HCP engagements and DTC campaign, ensuring strict alignment with global/local standards and processes.
Responsible for engagement with agencies and cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Medical, BEX, IS) to ensure smooth content and campaign deployment while maintaining 100% compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
Activities & Responsibilities
HCP Omnichannel Activities (70%):
Campaign Operations & Execution: Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams (Brand Marketing, Business Excellence, Information Systems,…) and external digital agencies to execute and implement HCP omnichannel initiatives.
Collaborate with Brand Marketing to adapt and optimize high-science medical content into compliant digital assets for rollout across Servier’s digital platforms (e.g., HCP portal, Zalo, Mass Emailing, Approved Email).
Execute the technical setup and deployment of digital campaigns for ETC products across digital platforms.
Segment healthcare professional (HCP) databases based on criteria provided by the brand teams to ensure highly targeted message delivery.
Route all HCP-facing digital assets through the internal medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) approval system and maintain the asset library.
Webinar & Online Event Management: Manage the technical logistics for scientific online events, encompassing platform setup (e.g., Zoom, websites, Veeva CRM), pre-event registration tracking, live broadcast support, and post-event attendee reporting.
Monitoring, Optimization & Reporting: Track and optimize omnichannel campaign performance.
Collect and compile monthly metrics (e.g., open rates, CTR, webinar attendance time, channel engagement scores) into centralized tracking dashboards.
Direct to consumer (DTC) campaign (30%):
Campaign operations & Execution: Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams and external partners (Digital Agencies, Pharmacy Chains) to execute OTC brand campaigns and ETC disease awareness targeted toward patients.
Manage the progress of digital materials development with digital agencies to align with product strategy, product informations & brand safety.
Coordinate with external partners and digital agencies to set up media activities across digital platforms (Meta, Google, Local Adnetwork,…)
Ensure all DTC digital assets are strictly routed through the internal MLR approval system before public deployment.
Monitoring, Optimization & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance on a daily/weekly basis
Identify optimization opportunities and propose improvements
Work with external partners to implement optimization actions.
Prepare performance reports: Post-campaign reports, Key insights and Recommendations
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A background or interest in Life Sciences/Pharmacy is a strong plus.
Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on digital marketing execution experience. Experience within an agency handling pharmaceutical accounts or direct experience inside a healthcare/MNC setting is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems (Veeva, Salesforce), email marketing tools, Digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads, local ad networks), Web analytics (Google Analytics). Basic HTML/CSS editing, and graphic tools (Canva, Adobe suite basics) is an advantage.
Languages: Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English (required for navigating global systems and templates).
