The Position

Role Summary: The Digital Marketing Operations Manager delivers global digital marketing execution services through a centralized hub model, independently managing affiliate/business requests across campaign management, content creation, email, SEO, sales enablement, marketing automation, paid media, reporting, and social media using approved strategies, templates, standards, and processes; ensuring high-quality, timely, and consistent delivery; resolving routine-to-moderately complex operational issues; and driving process improvement, service effectiveness, scale, consistency, and operational excellence across channels, platforms, and markets.
The Opportunity:
Execute and coordinate global/local digital marketing and campaign services through the Global Digital Hub (RSS), managing requests via service tools or direct stakeholder engagement, tracking progress, monitoring queues/workloads/priorities, and ensuring timely, consistent delivery across the hub model.
Deliver digital campaign operations using approved strategies, templates, workflows, governance, and quality standards, including campaign setup/updates, production tasks, workflow management, delivery support, and creation/adaptation/formatting/maintenance of written and visual content assets.
Support multichannel digital execution across email, website/SEO, sales enablement, marketing automation, social media, paid media, and reporting, including email build/testing/scheduling/deployment, website content/metadata/tagging/structure updates, automation workflows/segmentation/forms/landing pages/journeys, and recurring reports/performance summaries/documentation.
Ensure quality, compliance, and service discipline by performing QA/validation checks before release or handoff, following and reinforcing SOPs, work instructions, governance requirements, and service processes, and troubleshooting routine issues while identifying root causes and escalating complex matters appropriately.
Collaborate with affiliates, stakeholders, and distributed hub colleagues to clarify requirements, provide status updates, support reliable service delivery, contribute to continuous improvement (recurring issues, inefficiencies, and training gaps), and support onboarding, knowledge sharing, and day-to-day guidance for less experienced team members.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience), with 5+ years of experience in digital marketing operations, campaign execution, shared services, content production, marketing services, or a related execution-focused environment.
Strong understanding of multichannel digital marketing execution processes and workflows, including campaign management, content, email, social media, marketing automation, reporting, and related operational activities, with the ability to execute broad tasks accurately and independently using established templates, standards, and procedures.
Proven ability to work in structured, deadline-driven environments with multiple requests and priorities, demonstrating strong attention to detail, commitment to quality/accuracy/process discipline, and problem-solving skills to resolve routine issues and escalate complex matters appropriately.
Preferred experience in service delivery, shared services, hub or centralized operations models, and service management, workflow, intake, or ticketing tools.
Please note: Resumes must be submitted in English, as our interview panel may include participants from outside your local country.

How we calculate "similar"
No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.
Every comparison starts from the same 100-point budget: 25 for working in the same function, 40 for the same therapeutic area, 20 for the same or adjacent seniority, 15 for the same country. A dimension we can't confirm on both sides contributes nothing, never a guess, never a free pass.
0 points, never a partial guess. A role we know almost nothing about beyond its function bottoms out at 25%; it never inflates to 100% just because there's little to compare against. Seniority uses a defined ladder (Associate → Manager → Associate Director → Senior → Principal → Director → Senior Director → Executive/VP) so "Director" and "Senior Director" count as adjacent, but "Director" and "Executive/VP" do not.
