The Opportunity

 

To support our continued growth, a Contracts Compliance Analyst opportunity has become available in Sydney. Reporting to the Commercial Operations Director, the purpose of this role is to ensure commercial compliance of all J&J Medtech ANZ contracts; creating awareness and influencing commercial contract owners on opportunities to increase financial performance. Additionally, this role is responsible for the smooth operating of tools and processes used in J&J Medtech commercial customer contracts.

 

Responsibilities

Monitoring and managing customer contract compliance, identifying market share and revenue recovery opportunities, overseeing rebate processes, and ensuring adherence to capital placement and contractual obligations

Producing accurate and timely customer reports in line with contractual requirements, collaborating cross-functionally to gather, validate, and communicate key data and performance metrics

Maintaining contract repositories and reporting tools, improving process efficiency and standardisation, and supporting seamless integration of contract management activities across the business

Acting as backup for pricing and contract administration activities, maintaining ERP pricing conditions, and supporting ongoing training, compliance, audit, and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

Degree qualified with minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, together with Pricing and Customer Service experience within a large complex organisation is highly regarded

Experience with Alteryx or comparable workflow automation tools, working knowledge of SAP, Tableau and/or Power BI, and intermediate skills using MS Office

Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of successful collaboration across functions

Excellent communication and organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
