Job Description:
Brand Manager, Rare Disease
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Hybrid)
At Ipsen, we are committed to improving patients' lives through innovation and collaboration. We are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Brand Manager, Rare Disease to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive brand growth and enhance patient impact across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute annual brand and operational plans, including forecasting, budgeting, and competitive analysis.
Lead the creation of impactful omnichannel campaigns, promotional materials, and digital engagement initiatives for healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
Translate market insights and performance data into actionable strategies that accelerate brand growth.
Drive scientific engagement activities, including training programs, masterclasses, and educational events.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and Finance teams to ensure aligned and effective execution.
Manage marketing investments to maximize return while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
What You'll Bring
Proven pharmaceutical marketing experience with a track record of delivering business results.
Strong expertise in strategic planning, brand management, and multichannel campaign execution.
Solid analytical and financial acumen, including forecasting and budget management.
Scientific or medical degree required; postgraduate marketing qualification is an advantage.
Experience within multinational healthcare organizations and product launches is preferred.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
