Responsabilidades:
Conduzir a abertura do processo de solicitação dos seguintes eventos: Advisory Board
Preceptorias Nacionais e Internacionais
Congressos Nacionais e Internacionais;
Patrocínios de HCPs
Advisory Board;
Patrocínios de HCOs;
Cota Patrocínio Regional (apoio ao time de campo);
Mega Meetings
Eventos de Acesso
Apoia também outras atividades, como: Aberturas de processos de pagamentos;
Atua na condução dos cadastros de HCPs;
Manutenção dos processos operacionais (WIs);
Atualização do Sharepoint do Portal;
Onboarding dos novos colaboradores da área;
Auxiliar a coordenação da área nas atualizações: relatórios, dashbord, comunicados;
Participar de treinamentos tanto de aprimoramento como de desenvolvimento de novos processos.

Boa comunicação e capacidade de trabalho em equipe;
Bom relaciomento com os nossos steakholders;
