The Position
Do týmu Professional Services hledáme odborníka na pozici Applications/Systems Engineer. Jedná se o pozici na dobu určitou (do prosince 2027) s možností dalšího prodloužení či následného přechodu do kmenového stavu společnosti.
Náplň práce
Aplikační instalace a školení: Realizace instalací nových systémů Roche v nemocničních a komerčních laboratořích, včetně odborného zaškolení obsluhujícího personálu.
Aplikační podpora: Poskytování rutinní podpory při provozu analytických přístrojů v úzké spolupráci s centrem zákaznické podpory.
Administrativa a reporting: Vedení digitální dokumentace aktivit a pravidelný reporting v globálním CRM systému.
Spolupráce: Samostatné plánování aktivit v rámci regionu, úzká spolupráce s obchodním týmem a poskytování podpory napříč odděleními.
Compliance: Zajištění plného souladu s veškerými zákonnými normami a interními předpisy společnosti.
Koho hledáme
Vzdělání: Vysokoškolské vzdělání v oboru chemie, biochemie nebo v oblasti konstrukce analytických systémů.
Analytické schopnosti: Zkušenost s diagnostikou a řešením provozních problémů laboratorních systémů.
Komunikační dovednosti: Profesionální prezentační dovednosti a schopnost efektivně komunikovat se zákazníky.
Jazyková vybavenost: Znalost anglického jazyka na úrovni umožňující studium technické dokumentace a absolvování odborných školení.
Samostatnost a flexibilita: Schopnost samostatného plánování práce v terénu, ochota cestovat v rámci České republiky (případně Slovenska) a časová flexibilita.
Technické dovednosti: Schopnost využívat nástroje vzdálené správy pro řešení klientských požadavků.
Řidičské oprávnění: Skupina B (podmínka).
Týmová spolupráce: Prozákaznický přístup a orientace na budování dlouhodobých partnerských vztahů.
Výhodou: Předchozí praxe v klinicko-biochemické laboratoři nebo zkušenost s podporou zdravotnických přístrojů.
