Job Description:
Develop asset portfolio strategy, along with innovative program design and launch to maximizing product performance.
Deliver fact-based analysis of market trends, competitive data, and customer needs assessment for sustainable business growth.
Model strategic sales forecasting and provide a strong recommendation on what resources are required to fully realize the opportunity
Lead brand team to develop tailormade tactics via precise segmentation, targeting and positioning for target market/HCP and patient profile; design and launch effective, innovative, multi-channel programs to maximizing brand differentiation and share of voice
Cross-functional leadership to orchestrate brand imperatives and execution excellence
Drive asset communication strategy with promotional framework
Lead New product Launch readiness
Lead and develop launch readiness plan, business case and brand positioning to build cross functional alignment for NDA/access/pricing/medical education/listing strategy etc.
Global communication to getting fully support and ensure successful launch
Team leadership and people development
Establish high performance team with clear culture, objective and vision
Define, coaching and developing talents to maximizing individual, business performance and build succession plan along with recruiting outside candidates for readiness of organization development.
Knowledge, abilities & experience
Education / Certifications:
Ideal: Graduate degree required (preferably a top tier M.B.A. or a science degree)
Minimum: Bachelor degree (preferably a life science degree)

Proven track record of commercializing medicines
Minimum:
At least more than 8 years of experience in an MNC
Strategic thinking, project management, fast learner
Specialized in specialty care, rare oncology or rare disease TA
Languages:
Proficient in English
