Job description highlights:

Develop obesity indication strategies from HCP insight generation to brand positioning to segmentation/targeting/messaging, content development and campaign, track KPI, timeline and budget

Prepare and implement related annual brand plan and business implementation plan with focus on obesity indication

Collaborate with medical & KEEs for strong engagement /endorsement and collect front line HCP insights to identify business opportunities and support business planning and brand SOV

Set up and deepen inter-department cooperation and communication to develop and implement product strategies and plan

Orchestrate critical brand launch preparation initiatives with global and local cross function team.

Experience & capabilities required:

AMD / SMM, 10 years MNC marketing experience, proven expeirence in Metbolism area

Good knowhow on customer insight generation, HCP engagement (positioning, messaging, content, creative, campaign)

Self driven, committed and growth mindset, strong collaboration, customer focus

Fluent in Mandarin and English
