Job Description
Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for the HEMA portfolio, driving sustainable business growth, strengthening brand leadership, and maximizing market opportunities. This role is responsible for leading a high-performing marketing team and fostering strong collaboration across commercial and cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute portfolio and brand strategies to achieve business objectives, brand growth, and market leadership across the entire product life cycle.
Translate strategic priorities into actionable marketing plans and effective field execution.
Build strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs), to support brand development and disease awareness.
Drive brand positioning and integrated marketing initiatives across appropriate channels and platforms.
Conduct market analysis, identify growth opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations based on market insights.
Monitor marketing performance through clear KPIs and adjust strategies to maximize business impact.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Partner closely with the in-field team, cross-functional teams, and global / area stakeholders to ensure aligned execution and business success.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Medicine, Pharmacy, or other healthcare/pharmaceutical-related disciplines.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
At least 8 years of marketing leadership experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies.
Successful experience in new product launch and portfolio management.
In-field team experience is a plus.
Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and analytical capabilities.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful brand and portfolio strategies.
Excellent people leadership, coaching, and talent development skills.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
Effective communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
Willingness to travel as required.
