岗位职责：
根据公司项目开发发展需求，制定并执行细胞培养工艺开发计划；
根据细胞培养工艺开发计划，开展培养基筛选、生物反应器工艺开发工作；
按照公司要求书写实验记录，整理实验数据，汇报实验结果；
负责IND项目申报细胞培养部分资料的撰写，修订；
根据项目需要执行细胞培养工艺放大，技术转移和工艺表征，并撰写技术报告；
协助上游工艺实验室物料、设备、流程的管理；
总结工艺开发工作中存在的问题，并提出合理建议；
完成上级交办的其他工作。
任职要求：
生物、医药等相关专业，2年以上工作经验；
具备的生物大分子药物CHO细胞培养工艺开发1年以上相关经验；
熟练掌握摇瓶和生物反应器细胞培养技能，能够针对各种项目开展细胞培养工艺研究；
掌握细胞生物学、生物化学、免疫等学科知识；
具备一定的科研文献检索和阅读能力，解决项目开发中遇到的工艺问题；
熟悉生物药申报相关法律法规和新药申报；
具备良好的、沟通协调、团队协作能力；
熟练使用Office办公软件。
