岗位职责：
执行ADC 与 BsAbs 项目的表征分析研究，支持项目研发推进及注册申报相关工作。
参与撰写和审核中英文 SOP、技术报告及注册申报相关文件（IND、BLA），确保数据的准确性、科学性、合规性。
与 CMC 团队及相关职能团队紧密合作，高效推进项目进展。
任职要求：
教育背景：蛋白质组学、生物化学、分析化学或相关专业硕士或博士学位。
工作经验：4 年及以上治疗性抗体（BsAbs/ADC）表征分析的实操经验；2 年及以上蛋白质组学相关的实操经验。
语言能力：具备良好的中英文技术写作能力，能够独立撰写中英文技术报告；具备良好的英语口语交流能力者优先。
对多种质谱分析技术的原理及其在治疗性抗体表征分析或蛋白质组学中的应用具备深入理解，并具备扎实的实操经验。在ADC与BsAb的表征分析方面具备成熟的实践能力，包括但不限于：一级结构分析；翻译后修饰（PTM）及化学修饰分析；二硫键错配分析；分子大小及电荷异构体表征；偶联位点及占位率分析等。
熟悉 HPLC、CE、iCIEF 等正交分析技术的实际应用。
具备优秀的问题分析与解决能力，能够有效排查并解决分析技术难题。
具备 IND 申报支持经验（参与 ≥4 个 IND 项目）；具备后期开发阶段或 BLA 相关经验可作为优势。
