About The Role
Support end-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, interview arrangement, offering.
Manage internship database and support program-related projects.
Collaborate with the Communication Team for employer branding initiatives.
Assist in various HR projects aligned with HR strategy.
Who You Are
Final year (with no classes) or fresh graduates in HR Management, Psychology, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
Is passionate about the HR field. Especially in the area of Recruitment & Employer Branding
Possesses excellent organizational and communication skills with fluency in English.
Possesses or familiar with design tools.
Available to join us immediately.
Can commit to a minimum 3-6 month internship with a hybrid working model based in Merck Head Office, South Jakarta.
